I think that the video about the scientific power of meditation is a very useful form of divulgation about how meditation affects our bodies and our brains. I started doing meditation at the beginning of the year, specifically when I discovered that our university had made an agreement with the App "Calm". At first I had no idea what meditation was, I mean, I had heard about it before, things like: "it's very good" "you feel better" "it's an incredible journey where you begin discover who you are" and that kind of comments.
