·          What do you think of the video? Do you meditate? Why? Do you feel it works? Why?      I think that the video about the scientific power of meditation is a very useful form of divulgation about how meditation affects our bodies and our brains.      I started doing meditation at the beginning of the year, specifically when I discovered that our university had made an agreement with the App "Calm". Reflexion about Gender Stereotypes in Chile ♀♂👀

I have to be honest, when I heard the video of that woman talking about gender stereotypes in Estonia -her country-, she made me really really jealous, because here in Chile it’s absolutely different… Chile is a male chauvinist country, where types of thoughts like that the role of women is to be housewives, who should be in charge of cooking, cleaning, raising and waiting for her husband to arrive from work to continue working for him.  This type of conception dominates the minds of a big part of Chilean citizens throughout the national territory, and becomes much stronger in rural areas of the country.
